Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Simple Food Track (“Service”) provided by Soki Creative LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. The Service is for wellness and habit tracking only—not medical advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract. You confirm you meet these requirements when you use the Service.

Your account

You are responsible for your login credentials and activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use at support@soki-creative.com.

Nutrition estimates & AI

Calories, macros, and related fields are estimates produced by AI and optional reference databases. They may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for how you use this information. The Service does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or misuse the Service or its APIs.
• Use the Service unlawfully or to violate others' rights.
• Introduce malware or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Share account access or misrepresent your identity.
• Abuse rate limits, API keys, or automated access in ways that harm the Service.

Subscriptions (Simple Food Pro)

Optional paid subscriptions (for example photo meal analysis) are billed through Apple In-App Purchase unless stated otherwise. Prices, renewal intervals, free trials, and cancellation are shown at purchase. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds follow Apple's policies.

Intellectual property

We own the Service, branding, and software. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial habit tracking unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service anytime; account deletion is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that estimates will meet any particular accuracy standard.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms for product or legal reasons. Material changes may be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
